Republican presidential candidate Buddy Roemer tonight made a special pitch to Donald Trump: Let me in your debate.
Roemer, who spoke to students at Phillips Exeter Academy during a town hall-style event, told Patch he would love to be included in a debate Trump is holding Dec. 27 in Iowa.

Newt Gingrich is the only candidate so far who has confirmed an appearance at Trump's debate. Roemer has repeatedly railed on Gingrich; tonight at Phillips Exeter, Roemer called him a "hypocrite" for taking "illegal" campaign contributions.
