If you own a business in Exeter, chances are you're listed in Exeter Patch's "Places" directory.

Many businesses have already claimed their listing – including Las Olas, Checkmate Computer, and Lee Mac's, among others.

You can claim your listing for free by finding your business and clicking the "claim" box, which is located under the photos of your business.

The process is simple – you're directed to an online form that you submit, and then Patch will reach out to you to confirm you're the owner.

You can then do several things:

• Edit your profile
• Add photos
• See who has rated, reviewed, or followed your business
• Link your Patch listing to Facebook/Twitter
• Post events and add job openings
