Exeter Man Charged with Assault
A Kensington woman was also arrested on a warrant.

- 7:27 a.m. A burglar alarm went off on Newfields Road.
- 11:31 a.m. A loose animal was reported on Court Street.
- 12:24 p.m. A loose animal was reported on Prospect Street.
- 12:55 p.m. An assault was reported on Brookside Drive.
- 1:08 p.m. A crash was reported near Exeter Hospital.
- 9:35 p.m. A bank alarm went off on Main Street.
Thur., Jan. 24
- 7:01 a.m. A burglar alarm went off on Epping Road.
- 10:26 a.m. Nicole Valente, 26, of Kensington, was arrested on a warrant for failing to pay restitution. She was released after paying restitution.
- 12:35 p.m. A burlgar alarm went off on Walter Scott Way.
- 12:39 p.m. Theft was reported on Hampton Road.
- 3:12 p.m. A loose animal was reported on Court Street.
- 4:30 p.m. Reckless driving was reported on Portsmouth Avenue.
- 11:22 p.m. Tyrus Hoyt, 23, of Exeter, was charged with second-degree assault, assault, and obstructing the report of a crime/injury. Bail was set at $20,000.
