Exeter Teen Sentenced For Gun Theft
Dylan Jimenez was given up to three years in state prison, the Union Leader reported.
An Exeter teenager could spend up to three years in state prison for stealing a bunch of guns from a Hampton home last year, according to the Union Leader.
The newspaper reported Dylan Jimenez, 18, was sentenced to 1 1/2-3 years for stealing 10 guns from a home on Towle Farm Road. He was ordered to pay more than $5,000 in restitution. Two other accomplices -- also 18 years old -- were given lesser sentences for participating in the theft.
The Union Leader also reported Jimenez was given a concurrent prison term of up to 3 years for selling marijuana while out on bail for the gun theft charge.
