A Kingston man was busted this week after police said he had a bunch of legally grown marijuana mailed in from California, the Union Leader reported today.
Scott Bettano, 37, of 23 Sunshine Drive, was found with 15 pounds of marijuana worth $40,000.
Police had been investigating Bettano for the last few months after an informant tipped them off that he was selling marijuana, the Union Leader reported.

The drugs found on Bettano were apparently from the "Emerald Triangle" in California where it's legal to grow marijuana, police said.
