Lamontagne, a Republican, is up against Exeter's Maggie Hassan in the New Hampshire race for governor.
Christie is coming to Exeter at 5:45 p.m. The location of his visit has yet to be announced.

Christie's last visit to Exeter was in January, when he spoke at a rally for Mitt Romney. When protesters interrupted, Christie talked them down.
