"In Your Eyes," a film shot in Exeter and written by "The Avengers" director Joss Whedon, is expected to be released later this year.
The film was shot in several other New Hampshire communities, including Bedford and Windham, among others.
Whedon said in a recent Entertainment Weekly interview that post-production has been completed on "In Your Eyes." No firm release date has been set.
The film was shot in Exeter in February 2012. Shooting took place inside the Betty LaBranche Real Estate office. The film was directed by Brin Hill.
The movie, starring Zoe Kazan, Michael Stahl-David and Mark Feuerstein, is described as a sci-fi/romance.
Whedon is also directing a sequel to "The Avengers." He's best known for helming the "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" and "Firefly" TV shows, as well as the film "Serenity."

Joss Whedon did not direct this picture. Brin Hill did. Whedon wrote, and is producing.
