Romney Promises 'Real Change' on Election Eve [VIDEO]

GOP presidential hopeful, with special guest, 'rocks' the vote in New Hampshire.

MANCHESTER – Kid Rock got the party started, but the well-known 'Rebel Soul' singer was but an appetizer to the main dish of the evening.

And when Mitt Romney took the stage, that's exactly what he did. He dished out anecdote after anecdote and zinger after zinger, all directed at Barack Obama and all in an effort to paint one final, lasting portrait in the minds of New Hampshire voters.

"Do you want real change?" Romney asked a capacity crowd at Manchester's Verizon Wireless Arena. "Now, President Obama promised change, but he couldn't deliver it. I not only promised change, I have a record of achieving it."

Romney, while toting his record of various business and political successes, hammered away at what he labeled the president's failures, namely the increased federal deficit, the high unemployment rate and, of course, 'Obamacare.'

"Change was promised by the president, but change is not measured in speeches, it's measured in achievements," said Romney. "Four years ago, candidate Obama promised to do so very much, but he has fallen so very short.

"He promised a post-partisan president presidency, but he became the most- partisan, blaming, attacking and dividing," added the GOP candidate, who said he took special exception to Obama's recent comments that "voting is the best revenge."

"The president was right that he can’t change Washington from the inside, only the outside," he said. 'Let’s give him that chance."

While much of Romney's speech was focused on Obama, he made special note that New Hampshire was an appropriate election eve venue for such a rally.

“This is a special moment for Ann and me, because this is where our campaign began,” said Romney. "And then your primary vote put me on the path to win the Republican nomination; and tomorrow, your votes and your work right here in New Hampshire will help me become the next president of the United States."

NO, THANK YOU!

I don’t want Romney’s ideas for ‘change’ including:

• A severely conservative Supreme Court.

• Tax and jobs plan that doesn’t make mathematical sense as most experts say.

• 1% percent control of the nation,

• Leader who says “corporations are people”, and puts the needs of corporations
before the people.

• Higher taxes for middle class and lower taxes for the rich.

• Medicare taken bankrupt in 2016, as reports indicate,

• Overturn of Roe vs Wade and return women’s rights to the 1950s,

• Leader who condemns 47 percent of Americans.

• Leader with hot temper and controlling demeanor who is eager to start war against Iran.

I’m very pleased to stay with reliable, proven Obama-Biden who are taking America FORWARD - not back to the Bush years!

Joe, I've seen this same exact list of liberal talking points posted by other people. So much for a thinking electorate! When you have to cut and paste from the memo, you must not have very much to say on your own.

I can't break it down any more simply for people. Romney is a deceptive used car sales man. He will tell you whatever he thinks will get him what he wants. He tells the base that he is a extreme conservative and makes all the promises that the fringe extreme wants and then turns to the voters and says that he is a bi-partisan. These are not mutually inclusive positions. He is lying to somebody. Are you ready to risk if he is lying to you?

CBS 60 minutes releases part of an interview that was recorded on Sept 12, the day after the terrorist atttack in Benghazi where 4 American heroes died while the Obama Administration did nothing. Watts, have yopu seen any pictures released of the President in the situation room 'leading' the response to the Benghazi terrorist attack?
Anyway, the 60 minutes interview that was just released proves ONCE AGAIN, that President Obama was lying the night of the debate where Candy Crowley bailed him out.
KROFT: Mr. President, this morning you went out of your way to avoid the use of the word terrorism in connection with the Libya Attack, do you believe that this was a terrorism attack?

OBAMA: Well it’s too early to tell exactly how this came about, what group was involved, but obviously it was an attack on Americans. And we are going to be working with the Libyan government to make sure that we bring these folks to justice, one way or the other.

Mikey, I am sorry I fell for your attempt to change the narrative from President Obama LYING in the second debate that he called it a terrorist attack, in the Rose Garden, on Sept 12. The tape just released by 60 minutes, of an interview later in the day confirms the President is lying during the second debate. PERIOD.
As for reinforcements, yes they did arrive, after landing at Benghazi airport at 1:15 am and not being able to leave the airport until 4:30 am. This force was a very small group, of 6-8 people, from CIA in Tripoli, not US assistance from a military base in Italy that was 2 hours away. At 6:00 am after the attacks, Libyan milittary forces arrived with 50 vehicles to evacuate the Americans.

Obviously president Obama didn't care about the welfare of American diplomats. His administration refused to beef up security in the preceding months, and during the attack, the President went to bed.
The next day, and following weeks, the President and his administration then politiced the event, to protect the President election campaign, by saying it was due to a movie.

"Real Niggaz"
(feat. Too $hort)

[Jay-Z]
Real niggaz do real things
Hangin with the honies is the song I sing
Real niggaz do real things
On the road to riches and diamond rings
Real niggaz do real things
Bustin my toast off the roof drinkin 90 proof til spring
Real niggaz do real things, check

We started out makin, small time bacon
Two little niggaz bakin, talkin bout whippin cakes
Get clothin and big cheddar, hopin it gets better
We had no knowledge of this shit we just was with whatever
In front of your buildin clockin, thought I was makin a killin
Right in front of your children, eightball in my side pocket
They was corrupt too, disrespectin the fiends I used to
look up to, take it or leave it, fuck you
In different parts of the planet, Oakland to New York
I'm hollerin Lifetimes, he hollerin Life's Too $hort
Parallel lives and jew-els held high
To the Range, to the Rove, get exchanged, for your souls
You know how the game goes, slang to get G's
and speak in Chinese everybody gains the same dough
Get your shit scarred fuckin with my sick squad
from Marcy, to the Bay y'all, we get large, keep in charge

On the road to riches and diamond rings
Real niggaz do real things
Hangin with the honies is the song I sing
Real niggaz do real things
On the road to riches and diamond rings
Real niggaz do real things

Facts are facts Mike. America is in worse shape now than 4 years ago. After 2 years of having complete control of Congress Obama still could not get anything done on jobs that actually brought down the unemployment rate. It's has been higher than when he took office for his whole term. Obama claims to have created 5 million jobs. Even if he did, the stimulus spent $716 BILLION to do it!!!! Even if you claim that it saved 10 times as many jobs (making it 55 million jobs) it still would have cost 13 BILLION to save or create each job!!!!!!!

Unemployment rate has dropped over 2 percentage points.
The stimulus included the largest tax break in American history.
The stimulus included the largest investment in education in American history.
The stimulus included the largest investment in clean energy in American history.
The stimulus included the largest investment in infrastructure since Eisenhower.
We have stopped the loss of 800,000 jobs a month.
We have created 5 million new jobs.
And all this has laid the foundation for the creation of 12 million jobs in the next four years.
We are better off than we were at the end of the recession, and we are on the threshold of a great future.

To salemvoter, you can see up-thread here that I said this to them:

"I like letting people like you drone on, because I think that you do more damage to your cause, than anything else."

These type of people were so blind and ignorant to what they were doing. And it wasn't obviously won or lost on Patch, but you know that this rabid lying and distortion was happening everywhere. I would be at bars listing to these freaks or getting emails from people I met once filled with this frothing at the mouth distortions. I came from a split house of one Democratic parent and one Republican parent. Most of my life I was never party affiliated and have voted both parties for president in different years and still split my vote up locally quite often. But even if somebody might be ideologically inclined to lean right, all they need is enough encounters with this type of maddening nonsense and it would push them the other direction. I can laugh about specific people like Dumpy, News Fish or salemvoter, but reality is that we encounter these people in our daily lives an in the streets and we are compelled to run away from them as if they were zombies on the Walking Dead.

I have to be open here. I posted a lot around the country and while I was trying to make real points, I was never spamming and people realized that I actually engaged them in conversations. The reason being; it was like dropping dropping raw meat into a lake in a Roger Corman film and watching the piranhas come rabidly after it. I would drop these ideological points into a thread and wait until I saw the teeth, because I knew for a fact that I could craft a far better post than most. So anybody who was just a reader of the comments would think; "Hmmm...here is somebody who can construct a decent argument and back it up with facts, but on the other side there was the poster who reads like the frothing dog that you would cross the street to avoid. Sometimes I probably went a little too far in the ball busting, but nothing close to some of the stuff that was targeted at me. Goofing on Dumpy and News Fish was genuinely about as fun and goofy as it got. Those two really never had a clue how juvenile that they looked, especially in their complete inability to engage on the posts that they were throwing out in such rapid succession.
