Romney Supporters See Big Win on Tuesday [VIDEO]

They believe undecided voters will vote for Mitt Romney on election day for three reasons: the economy, the economy and the economy.

It was 6:30 a.m. and hundreds of Mitt Romney supporters were lined up in front of the Portsmouth International Airport to attend a rally here on Saturday morning.

With just three days to go before the Nov. 6 general election, many Romney supporters were exuding confidence that Romney would defeat President Obama for three simple reasons: the economy, the economy and the economy.

Paul Giblin of Burlington, Vt., vice president of Vermont Sports Cars, got up at 1:15 a.m. and drove for four hours to see Romney. He believes Romney is the best candidate who can turn the economy around so that businesses like his company can thrive again. He believes the best thing Romney could do if he is elected president would be to lessen taxes on small business.

"We need somebody who understands business," Giblin said.

Tyler McLaughlin of Madison, Conn., a retired nurse, traveled to Portsmouth with her 10-year-old grandson, Cian MaGauron, of Newburyport, Mass., to see Romney. Both of them said they believe Romney has the best chance to turn the country's economic fortunes around.

Even though Cian is just 10, he is worried about what his future will be like when he gets out of school one day.

Peter and Nancy Cook of Berwick, Maine, just got their power back three days after Hurricane Sandy hit the Seacoast region on Monday. Cook said he likes Romney's chances of pulling out a tight victory on Tuesday. "I think he has an excellent chance," Cook said.

Jim Arias of Easton, Mass., and his wife Nancy, also made the trip to Portsmouth to support Romney. Arias said he has been friends with Romney for 32 years since he first returned from his native Venezuela to Boston in 1980 and Romney was working for Bain Capital.

Arias believes Romney has all of the attributes needed to lead the country back to better days. "Mitt is a fantastic friend, a wonderful husband and father. Mitt would be a uniter. He will unite the people of the United States," he said.

Michael Murphy of Beverly, Mass., a tour guide with Boston Duck Tours, said he always liked the job Romney did as governor of his state and believes he would use the same approach to bring Democrats and Republicans together in Washington to solve the nation's biggest problems.

When asked why he believes Romney will win on Tuesday, Murphy said, "It's the economy. The economy is on everybody's minds."

Murphy said the last four years have been a struggle even for people like himself who have jobs and the country cannot afford to go another four years with President Obama's policies.

A win for Romney is a loss for us.
Want to know Romney’s advice for storm survivors?
Don’t be a victim, and stop looking for handouts!
And.... ask your parents for help!
Heck, Romney will dismantle FEMA and the EPA
(= more $$$ for his people/corporations).
Leave it to the states, he says.
Yeah, sure.
Maybe he'll make us dams.... out of his used Etch-A-Sketches?
What we need is a tidal wave
.......of voters.....
to sweep these kind of guys out of power.
This is the BEST way to help the victims
of present and future Sandys.
AND the best way to help yourself, and your family.
Obama does not dismiss 47% of America like Romney.
Obama says: This is not a Republican America.
This is not a Democratic America.
This is the UNITED States of America.
If only the other side would realize that fact!

And FEMA and the Obama Administration are doing a great job at it, too. Compare and contrast with the last administration and their treatment of FEMA as a dumping ground for political appointees. Heckuva job Brownie, do you remember that? It's what you get when your overriding attitude towards government is that it's unnecessary.

I saw Obama yesterday claiming the new job numbers are proof that his policies are working and that we are in an economic recovery... Fact is, that is not the truth, or even close to the truth...
First, the unemployment rate ticked up to 7.9% and the year-to-date monthly average of 157,000 payroll jobs is barely enough to keep up with population growth -- much less make up for the 8 million jobs lost during the Great Recession.
Second, the so-called real unemployment rate (U6) remains elevated at 14.6%, albeit down from 14.7% the prior month. Similarly, the labor participation rate is at 63.8%, up from its multi-decade low but still incredibly weak.
Third, average hourly earnings fell a penny in October and average hours worked fell to 34.4 from 34.5 in September.
Stagnant wages means "we're not generating income," Reinhart says. "That's a problem in terms of the durability of an economic expansion, which is usually fueled by consumption. To get consumption you've got to generate income."
Also, just look at your checkbook. We are paying a lot more for everything now than we did in 2008. The price of gas has doubled. At the same time, wages have gone down, and that's if you're lucky to have a job.
In 2008, 25 banks went out of business. In 2012, 48 banks have gone out of business. Almost double the amount. Does that sound like recovery to you? Don't believe the Obama lies!!

I have been told that ginseng is good for memory. try it and let me know if helps.
In the mean time let me refresh your memory. When Obama took office, the economy was shredding nearly 800,000 jobs per month .The entire financial system was in freefall. Homes and life savings were being destroyed. The American Auto industry was on the verge of extinction there did not appear to be any end of the downward spiral in sight. Do you simply live in a Faux "News" bubble so great that
you don't realize that? However tough things are now as we slowly dig our way out, simply remember where this country was!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hiring is picking up, consumer confidence has been picking up, the housing market has bottomed out and prices are picking up and the American auto industry is thriving. We have had 32 consecutive months of private sector job grouth. Over 5 million jobs have been created.
posting the strongest sales in several years. Income is ALWAYS a lagging indicator in recoveries from recessions and THIS WAS NO ORDINARY RECESSION!!!!!!!

...."and the year-to-date monthly average of 157,000 payroll jobs is barely enough to keep up with population growth -- much less make up for the 8 million jobs lost during the Great Recession." There is one big problem with this statement of yours.
The Great Recession happened under George W. Bush!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Romney is on policy an economic clone of Bush. Why would anyone in their right mind want to go back?

Read the "Economic News Release", by the Bureau of Labor Statistics, http://www.bls.gov/news.release/empsit.nr0.htm . The labor situation is pitiful and it is NOT getting better under the current administration. Time for REAL CHANGE!

NO THANK YOU!

I don’t want Romney’s version of change including:

• A severely conservative Supreme Court.

• Tax and jobs plan that doesn’t make mathematical sense as most experts say.

• 1% percent control of the nation,

• Leader who says “corporations are people”, and puts the needs of corporations
before the people.

• Higher taxes for middle class and lower taxes for the rich.

• Medicare taken bankrupt in 2016, as reports indicate,

• Overturn of Roe vs Wade and return women’s right to the 1950s,

• Leader who condemns 47 percent of Americans,

• Leader with hot temper and controlling demeanor who is eager to start war against Iran.

I’m very pleased to stay with reliable, proven Obama-Biden who are taking America FORWARD - not back to the Bush years!

The biggest government handouts go to corporations.

"Many companies pay no income taxes, study finds"
http://money.cnn.com/2011/11/03/news/economy/corporate_taxes/index.htm

"The New York Times had an article dated July 3, 2010, in the middle of the Gulf oil spill. Deepwater Horizon rented the sunken rig to BP. The company used an oil industry subsidy to write off 70 percent of the cost of the rent for the rig which amounted to a deduction of $225,000 per day."

Free money from the American taxpayers. These deadbeats love Mitt. He's their kinda guy.

Are You Kidding!! Every single one of your bullets are pure speculation. I wonder why it is you are being so discerning on what Romney has to offer, but four years ago you apparently voted for a junior Senator with no experience. Let me ask you HONESTLY How is the progress on all the promises President Obama made during his campaign coming? Remember his first 2 years in office he had complete control of Houe & Senate.. How does it square with you that we had less than 500 KIA in Afganistan before Obama took office and now we have over 2000 KIA!!. As Obama promised We are out of Iraq & fighting the war we where supposed to be fighting all along. Now for all the flag drapped coffins that have returned from Kabul, this country has achieved nothing in Afganistan. It is as chaotic now as it was 4 years ago when Obama started to rotate divisions of soldiers from Irag to this God forsaken country. Funny how the News coverage of the war has dropped to a pitance. What No More Day By Day, Name By Name , Photo list of each soldier that died. No burning Gotcha questions from the press as to what the heck our objective is over there? or Why the Taliban that was successfully dismantled & removed from Afganistan is now back & stronger than ever. I guess I am confused at the difference a President makes to our Press. My youngest Son came home to me in a box 14 months ago, guess I'm still burning up at the insignificance of his sacrifice. Obama took 700 Million from Medicare

(Continued.) as a down payment for the majority disliked Obamacare that once in place is going to devastate one of the few truely successful American industries, the Healthcare field. I see like so many you have that inherent hate for the wealthy. The group of people that cost us the middleclass zero taxes, and create millions of jobs. Okay I'll go along with an increase in my taxes & a decrease in the rich who already pay over 60% of all taxes. Maybe thats fair seeing 48% of the country pay Nothing. I might be open to this, if the Government will reduce the $500-$700 they deduct every two weeks from my check to pay for all the social programs that are created and then allowed to spiral out of control with so much of the money going to hundreds of more State & Federal jobs & not to the intended group. I look at the $200 they take out for medicare every two weeks knowing that I will never get a return on this lost income. Don't blame Romney for Medicare going broke Obama really helped this along, Just think of it, Obama took $700,000,000 from medicare. To pay for a forced second rate health system that has failed in every country that has ever tried to use it. I hope you don't need a hip or knee replacement in the next 5 years. I won't even comment on your Roe vs Wade comment as that will never happen. Show me any News where Romney CONDEMNS 47% of USA? Read the orginal quote. Finally PLEASE tell me where is the Hope & Change, the Transparency .Obama promised?

According to renowned statistician Nate Silver, in one day, Pres. Obama increased his chance of winning the election from 80.9% (11/1/12) to 83.7% (11/2/12). Obama's likelihood of winning New Hampshire rose from 78% to 80%. in 2008, Silver predicted 49 of 50 states correctly and all 35 senatorial contests correctly. "Turn out the lights the party's over (for Romney)."

"Furniture plant to close; economy blamed", Henkel Harris likely to end production next month, putting 130 out of work, "The economy really is not conducive to people spending money," Henkel said. "We always considered that being made here in America [that] that was a plus, but that's not the case evidently because people, they're going to Costco and buying import furniture. The companies that are making it are very low-end. People are going out and buying cheap stuff and living with it. High-end furniture just doesn't have a place in this country anymore." http://tinyurl.com/bh7mcau
