Search for Murdered UNH Student Goes to Newington
NH Marine Patrol is searching for Lizzi Marriott near Fox Point.
After searching for murdered University of New Hampshire student Lizzi Marriott around Peirce Island for nearly two weeks, authorities searched for her body on Wednesday further up river in Newington.
According to WMUR, two New Hampshire Marine Patrol boats were seen patrolling the waters off Fox Point in Newington near the Great Bay Marina for the 19-year-old's body. New Hampshire Fish and Game divers searched for Marriott's body around Peirce Island on Tuesday afternoon.
in Marriott's death and is being held without bail in the Strafford County Jail in Dover. He is scheduled to return to Dover District Court for a probable cause hearing on Monday, Oct. 29 at 10 a.m.
