Trio Charged with Dealing Heroin in Exeter

The trio face multiple drug charges.

A local teen girl and two men were arrested after police said they were dealing heroin and other drugs in Exeter.

The three arrested include:

  • Chelsea Holloway, 19, Brentwood
  • Ryan Oliver, 21, of 2 Strouts Trailier Park in Exeter
  • Justin Bouchard, of 93 Main Street, Apt. 6 in Exeter

Holloway was charged with two counts of dealing Suboxone, which is used to treat opioid addiction. Oliver was charged with dealing and possessing heroin. Bouchard was charged with two counts of dealing heroin. All of the charges are felonies.

Exeter police announced the arrests Tuesday after they said they spent "months" investigating them.

Holloway is currently in jail on unrelated charges. Bouchard and Oliver were being held on bail amounts of $25,000 and $5,000, respectively.
