Holloway-Stanley was recently indicted on the charges in Rockingham County Superior Court. An indictment means a grand jury has determined a trial is warranted based on evidence in the case.

Holloway-Stanley was arrested last year with two Exeter men who were charged with dealing heroin.

Exeter police said they spent "months" investigating the trio before arrestingthem.

Holloway-Stanley has a history with Exeter police. She was arrested in 2011 for helping a man who cracked a safe in Exeter and stole $55,000.
