Jon Huntsman, the former Utah governor who is banking his presidential campaign on New Hampshire, will hold a rally in Exeter the day before the Primary, a spokesman confirmed.
Huntsman will be at Exeter Town Hall at 7 p.m. Jan. 9.
The day before, on Sunday, Mitt Romney will hold a rally at Exeter High School with New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie at 6 p.m.
Huntsman has made several stops in Exeter, including at a recent house party and at the RiverWoods senior community. He also flew to Exeter for a rally the same day he announced his bid for president.
Huntsman has the support of Maureen Barrows, a Rockingham County Commissioner from Exeter. Barrows serves on his campaign leadership team.
Huntsman stayed out of Iowa, which held its caucus last night, to focus on the Granite State. Yesterday Patch followed Huntsman as he criss-crossed New Hampshire. He has held over 150 events here, according to his campaign.
