3rd Annual Kiwanis Pizza Bowl

The Exeter Area Kiwanis Club is happy to announce that they will be presenting the 3rd Annual Kiwanis Pizza Bowl.  This is a fundraiser for local children’s charities and programs.

 The Kiwanis Pizza Bowl will take place on Saturday, January 25, 2014 at the Cooperative Middle School in Stratham, from noon to 2:00PM.

Do you like pizza?  Do you like a variety of pizzas?  Do you like new and exotic pizzas?  Do you, your friends, and family agree on who makes the best pizza in the Exeter area?  Well for only $10 per adult, and $5 for people 6-12 yrs. you can eat all the pizza you want, from many local pizzerias, all on one place.  Children under six years old and accompanied by an adult will be admitted for free.

The Exeter Area Kiwanis Club is sponsoring the “3rd Annual Kiwanis Pizza Bowl” to raise much needed funds for local children’s charities and programs.  Many of your favorite local pizzerias will be supplying nearly 150 pizzas; you get to eat all the pizza you want and taste for yourself who makes the best pizza in the Exeter area.  Local children’s charities will receive the proceeds from the event.  So please plan on coming to the “3rd Annual Kiwanis Pizza Bowl” for this fun, filling, family fundraiser.  You loved it last year.  It will be even better this year.

Pizzerias agreeing to participate thus far this year include; New England House of Pizza, Shooter’s Pub, and Pizza Academy, all from Exeter.  From Stratham will be Mama Lena’s Pizzeria and Shaws Supermarket.  Jeremey’s Pizzeria & Deli from Newmarket and Fremont Pizzeria from Kingston will be there.  Zacky’s Pizzeria from Epping will also be making a return appearance.  There is space available for a few more interested pizzerias.

Come early and eat often.

The Exeter Area Kiwanis Club celebrated its 33rd year of supporting our community’s children this past July.  The Exeter Area Kiwanis Club is a community based organization established to serve the needs of the community’s children.  As such they have worked with organizations such as Big Brother/Big Sister, Head Start, Exeter New Outlook Teen Center, and the American Red Cross.  They have financially supported the Exeter Hospital’s Emergency Helicopter Pad, the Mobile Children’s Dental Van Planet Playground, the Swasey Park Pavilion, and the Family Y at Camp Lincoln.  They are the proud sponsor of the Builder’s Club at the Middle School, the Key Club at the High School, and the Circle K at the University of New Hampshire.  You may know them for their successful road races, golf tournaments, and hot dog sales.  They now look forward to this new annual fun, filling, family fundraiser for local children’s charities and programs.
