New Exeter Patch Cover Photo by Local Photog

Exeter Patch has a new cover photo thanks to local photographer Chrissi Emery.

We chose Emery's photo of downtown Exeter as the winner of our cover photo contest.

Emery explained her winning photo:

"I think when you see a picture of the area, it brings back memories of summers spent on the family boat, or even just enjoying an afternoon sitting on the benches. Everyone that has been to Exeter can associate a memory with the docks. When I took this photo it was an overcast summer day. The overcast gives the photo certain shading which gives the appearance of a painting."
