Ioka Theater Listed for $500K

The historic Ioka theater was listed for sale on Feb. 3 by Ruffner Real Estate at $499,900.

Alan Lewis, the real estate mogul who bought the Ioka at a 2011 auction, has been attempting to sell off the theater for some time now, but the fact that it's been relisted is a sign that he's serious about finding a new owner.

Back in November, the Exeter Theater Company suspended its effort to revive the historic theater.
