Concord Chorale Sings Haydn's "The Creation"

The Concord Chorale performs Haydn’s masterwork, “The Creation” (sung in
the original English version), to celebrate its 45th season, at Christ Church
Episcopal, on Saturday, May 17, 3 PM. The Chorale is joined by a large symphonic
orchestra and internationally acclaimed soloists.  Depicting the story from the
Book of Genesis and Milton’s “Paradise Lost” through music, this oratorio is at
once playful, grand, sweeping and lush. Tickets are $20 general admission, $15
for seniors and students, available at Water St. Bookstore, 125 Water St, and at the door. For
more information call 463-5504, or visit www.concordchorale.org.
