New Hampshire Retail – Who is expanding in New Hampshire, and Where?

The New Hampshire ICSC Next Generation Committee will host an exciting event spotlighting retail and restaurant businesses, shopping center developments, and commercial real estate professionals statewide in November. This unique opportunity for business owners, real estate developers, industry professionals, and New Hampshire residents will be held Tuesday, November 19th at 900 Degrees Pizzeria at Brickyard Square Shopping Center in Epping.

The New Hampshire retail real estate market is booming, with new developments from the Seacoast to the Massachusetts border and everywhere in between. Businesses of all types and sizes are seeking space to expand and continue to grow. This public event will examine who those businesses are and where we may find them in the next several years.

Featured retailers and restaurant include but are not limited to: O’Neil Cinema’s, Hobby Lobby, Bob’s Discount Furniture, Subway, Popovers, and many more. Featured retail development projects include Tara Commons in Nashua, NH; Southgate Plaza in Portsmouth, NH; Seabrook Town Center in Seabrook, NH and many more.

Come join us at Epping’s newest restaurant for this networking and informational event that will connect business owners to real estate developers and give the general public an idea of what to watch for as the New Hampshire retail market continues to grow rapidly. Advance registration for this event is $50.00 and includes food, drinks and informational packets highlighting businesses and developers across the State.
