The Beyond the Rainbow Fund was started by Anne-Marie Viviano.

More than 250 people raised about $5,200 for an Exeter Hospital fund that helps local cancer patients.

The first annual Trick or Treat Trot was held Sun., Oct. 13.

"Many enjoyed the spirit of Halloween by wearing costumes for the event," the hospital said in a statement. "All funds raised by the event supported The Beyond the Rainbow Fund, which provides financial assistance and support to Exeter Hospital cancer patients in need."
