Court Papers: David Kwiatkowski Admits to Hep C Outbreak

David Kwiatkowski, the former Exeter Hospital worker charged with starting a disastrous hepatitis C outbreak, agreed to a plea deal and will face 30-40 years in prison.

Prosecutors said Kwiatkowski, who has hepatitis C, shot himself up with patients' medication to get high. He infected 32 patients with his potentially deadly liver disease, according to prosecutors.

"It was all me," he told authorities. "I'm killing a lot of people."
