Epping Man Arrested for Failure to Pay Alimony
The following individuals were recently arrested by the Rockingham County Sheriff's Department. The information does not indicate a conviction.
SARAH MARION TUTTLE, 30, of 63 Batchelder Road in Raymond, was arrested on July 16 for failing to appear in court on an operating while habitual offender charge.
DAVID M. MABARDY, 33, of 838 Lafayette Road, Apt. 2, in Hampton, was arrested on July 16 on an Exeter electronic warrant for resisting arrest.
JUSTIN J. McINNES, 24, of 42 Quaker St. in Newton, was arrested on July 16 for failing to appear in drug court on a receiving stolen property charge.
CARLOS DELVALLE McCAULEY, 28, of 359 North St. in Georgetown, Mass., was arrested on July 16 for failure to appear in court on possession of adderall, suboxone and driving after revocation charges, as well as two counts of controlling a premises where drugs are kept.
RICHARD JOSEPH TOTH, 47, of 51 Jenness Road in Epping, was arrested on July 18 for marital non-support.
THOMAS EDWARD DEGAN, 49, of 728 Lafayette Road, Apt. 1, in Hampton Falls, was arrested on July 19 for violating probation on a theft charge.
TUCKER HARLEY COCKERLINE, 22, of 44 Marshall Road in Kingston, was arrested on July 20 for failure to appear in court on a motion to impose for a conspiracy to sell a controlled drug charge.
