Thur., Sept. 19
- 10:35 a.m. A loose animal was reported on Tremont Street.
- 1:18 p.m. Reckless driving was reported on Route 101.
- 1:37 p.m. Craig Wiggins, 36, of Rochester, was arrested on a warrant for theft. Bail was set at $750.
- 9:50 p.m. Matthew Moriarty, 26, of Exeter, was charged with drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $500.
