Christopher Poulin, 28, Dies in Exeter Crash

The accident occurred around 4:30 a.m. Sunday on Route 101.

A Hampton man was killed in a crash on Route 101 in Exeter early Sunday morning.

Around 4:33 a.m. Sunday, state police responded to a report of a single-vehicle accident on Route 101 west in Exeter, near the Brentwood town line. The vehicle, a 2006 Nissan Sentra, had left the roadway and rolled over, and the driver was trapped inside.

The driver, Christopher Poulin, 28, of Hampton died of injuries suffered in the crash. He was the only person in the vehicle.

State police were assisted at the scene by the Exeter Police Department, the Exeter Fire Department and representatives from the Rockingham County Attorney's Office and the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.
