Heroin's Reach Felt Throughout Southern NH

Thirty people were indicted on heroin charges in Rockingham County in this month alone.

Thirty people were indicted in Rockingham County on heroin charges this month, another sign of the growing heroin problem facing law enforcement officials in New Hampshire.

While many of the indictments stemmed from arrests in larger Rockingham County communities like Portsmouth, Salem and Derry, some of those indicted were either from or arrested in smaller towns like Exeter, Newton and Windham where you might not expect to see heroin. 

The takeaway? From Hampton to Hampstead, from Danville to Derry, heroin is already in almost every town in southern New Hampshire.

Below is a list of all of the individuals indicted on heroin related charges in Rockingham County this month.

  • Scott K. Andrews, of 10 Heather Lane, Hampton was indicted on three counts of sale of a controlled drug and two counts of possession of a controlled drug for trying to sell heroin in Exeter and Newton in September 4, 14 and 27 of 2013.
  • Scott D. Bemis, of the Rockingham County House of Corrections, Brentwood was indicted on one count of controlled drug act for possessing a quantity of the controlled drug heroin in Salem on Nov. 21, 2013.
  • Margaret Chandonnait, of 221 Pleasant St., Laconia was indicted on two counts of possession of a controlled drug for possessing a quantity of the controlled drug heroin on July 3, 2013 in Londonderry.
  • Jazmyne Conway-Morel of 47 Annis Drive #5, Gilford was indicted on one count of possession of a controlled drug for possessing a quantity of the controlled drug heroin on July 3, 2013 in Londonderry.
  • Kayla Crystal, of 2 Winsor Road, Portsmouth was indicted on two counts of sale of a controlled drug. for selling a quantity of the controlled drug heroin to an undercover police officer on Aug. 21 and Sept. 18, 2013 in Portsmouth.
  • Clinton W. Fournier, of 40 Newark St., Newark, VT was indicted on four counts of controlled drug act for possessing the controlled drugs heroin, cocaine, marijuana and Suboxone on Sept. 12, 2013 in Salem.
  • Michelle Galloway, of the Rockingham County House of Corrections, Brentwood was indicted on one count of conspiracy to sell a controlled drug for trying to sell cocaine on Dec. 1 and 31, 2013 in Hampton. She was also indicted on three counts of possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute for possessing heroin, cocaine and pill forms of Clonazepam, Amphetamine, Dextroamphetamine, Diazepam, Alprazolam and/or Oxycodone on Dec. 20, 2013 in Hampton.
  • Michael Gendreau, of 47 Lowell Road, Windham was indicted on two counts of possession of a controlled drug for having heroin, Clonazepam and fentanyl in his possession on Dec. 2, 2013 in Derry. He was also indicted on one count of receiving stolen property for stealing a BB gun and pills on that same date.
  • Chelsea Glover, of 51 Charles St., Milton was indicted on one count of sale of a controlled drug for selling heroin to an individual on July 12, 2013 in Portsmouth.
  • Kyle Goguen, of 263 Webster St., Hudson was indicted on one count of possession of a controlled drug for having heroin in his possession on Oct. 1, 2013 in Salem.
  • David M. Holguin, of 7 Malvern St., #3, Manchester was indicted on one count of possession of a controlled drug for having heroin in his possession on July 24, 2013 in Salem.
  • Adam D. Jenna, of 61 Spring St., 1 Bristol, Bristol was indicted on one count of possession of a controleld drug for having heroin in his possession on July 8, 2013 in Salem.
  • Stanley Kuligowski, of 140 Green St., Somersworth was indicted on two counts of controlled drug act for having heroin and marijuana in his possession on Oct. 11, 2013 in Salem.
  • Janice L. Lamattina, of 2 Clocktower Place, Apt. #115, Nashua was indicted on three counts of controlled drug act for having heroin, cocaine and Amphetamines in her possession on Oct. 3, 2013 in Salem. She was also indicted on one count of possession of drugs.
  • Raylie Lecolst, of 9 Fairway Drive, #18, Derry was indicted on three counts of possession of a controlled drug for having heroin and cocaine in her possession on Nov. 9, 2013 in Londonderry.
  • Kayla Mann, of 23 Fairway Drive, Derry was indicted on one count of possession of a controlled drug for having heroin in her possession on Aug. 12, 2013 in Salem.
  • Jamie McCarthy, of 19 Arlington St., Apt. 3, Manchester was indicted on one count of controlled drug act for having heroin in his possession on Oct. 30, 2013 in Derry. He was also indicted on one count of transporting alcoholic beverages.
  • Christine McIntyre, of 241 Pine St. #226, Manchester was indicted on one count of possession of a controlled drug and one count of possession of drugs for having heroin in her possession on July 24, 2013 in Salem.
  • Grant Michallyszyn, of Rockingham County House of Corrections in Brentwood was indicted on one count of possession with intent to distribute GHB, one count of possession with intent to distribute Amphetamine and Dextroamphetamine, one count of possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession of the controlled drug MDMA, possession of the controlled drug Ketamine, possession of the controlled drug Alpha-Methyltryptamine, one count of possession of the controlled drug DMT and one count of possession of the controlled drug heroin after being caught with a quantity of the drugs on Feb. 4 and 5, 2013 in Portsmouth.
  • Derek Nicholson, of 23 Hale Spring Road, Plaistow was indicted on four counts of controlled drug act for having heroin and oxycodone in his possession on March 14, 2013 in Salem.
  • Shawn Orleans, of 15 Cathy St., Merrimack was indicted on one count of controlled drug act and one count of possession of drugs for having heroin in his possession on Nov. 24, 2013 in Salem.
  • Gary Peltonovich, of 107 South Main St., Newton was indicted on one count of possession of a narcotic drug for having heroin in his possession on Sept. 25, 2013 in Newton.
  • Charlie Philbrick, of 7 I St., Hampton was indicted on one count of sale of a narcotic drug, subsequent offense for knowingly selling heroin to a confidential police informant on April 16, 2013 in Epping. Philbrick was also indicted on eight counts of felon in possession for having several guns despite a past felony conviction.
  • Sarah Plumb, of 5 Tsienneto Road, Derry was indicted on four counts of controlled drug act for having Clonazepam, oxycodone, cocaine and heroin in her possession on June 7, 2013 in Salem.
  • Sean Reardon, of 95 Hobbs Road, Pelham was indicted on one count of possession of a controlled drug for having heroin in his possession on Sept. 26, 2013 in Londonderry. He was also indicted on false report to law enforcement, disorderly conduct and two counts of tampering with witnesses and informants.
  • Benjamin Schea, of 37 Rockrimmon Road, Kingston was indicted on one count of sale of a controlled drug for selling a quantity of heroin to a confidential informant on June 17, 2013 in Exeter.
  • Eric S. Sederquest, of 274 Candia Road, Chester was indicted on one count of possession of a controlled drug for having heroin in his possession on Oct. 12, 2013 in Londonderry. He was also indicted on three counts of theft by unauthorized taking.
  • Jeremy Silverstein, 5 Ann's Terace, Hampton was indicted on one count of possession of a controlled drug for having heroin in his possession on Sept. 23, 2013 in Exeter.
  • Pamela E. Sprizza, of 30 Princess Drive, Salem was indicted on one count of possession of controlled drugs and one count of possession of drugs for having heroin in her possession on July 7, 2013 in Salem. She was also indicted on one count of endangering welfare of a child or incompetent and driving after revocation or suspension.
  • Scott Steiger, of 21 Danville Road, Hampstead was indicted on three counts of possession of a controlled drug and two counts of possession of a controlled drug with intent to sell for having heroin, Dronabinol and Hydrocodone in his possession on Nov. 22, 2013 in Hampton. He was also indicted on one count of felon in possession for having a survival knife despite having previously been convicted of a felony.
