UPDATE: Police Hunting for Couple Who Allegedly Burned Son

A mother is wanted by police after her son was treated at Exeter Hospital.

UPDATE, 5 p.m.

Lt. William Baldwin of the Plaistow Police Department told WMUR-TV that Jessica Linscott and Roland Dow have been seen in places as far away as Swampscott, Mass.

Rockingham County Attorney Jim Reams will deliver a news conference at 12 p.m. Wednesday to provide an update on the case.

Police are hunting for a mother and her boyfriend who allegedly burned her 3-year-old son, according to MyFoxBoston.com.

Police said Jessica Linscott, 27, of Plaistow, had her son treated at Exeter Hospital last week for burns, bruises, and head injuries.

Police said she and her 23-year-old boyfriend, Roland Dow, caused the injuries and charged the pair with 11 counts of child endangerment.

The child is currently being treated at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon.

MyFoxBoston.com reported the couple told police they would turn themselves in Monday, but they never did.
