Shaheen Tours Cobham Antenna Systems in Exeter

Cobham Antenna Systems employs about 450 people in Exeter.

U.S. Sen. Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH) toured Cobham Antenna Systems in Exeter on April 4 to discuss how supporting domestic manufacturing and export initiatives can boost the state's economy.

Cobham's facility in Exeter employs 450 for design and manufacture of communication systems and navigation antennas for defense, commercial aviation, emergency response and law enforcement.

"One of the best things we can do for our economy is support manufacturers like Exeter’s Cobham Antenna Systems that create jobs here at home," Shaheen said in a press release. "We need to do more in Washington to promote jobs and economic growth and give businesses the certainty they need to contract new business and hire workers."
