Exeter Officials: Victoria Arlen Exclusion an 'Injustice'

Exeter officials recently sent a letter of support for town resident and Paralympian Victoria Arlen, who was excluded from a world swimming competition this month.

Arlen was ruled ineligible for the World Swimming Championships in Montreal, Canada after a doctor ruled she wasn't disabled enough.

Arlen is in a wheelchair after suffering from the spinal cord disease transverse myelitis.
