A brewery has been proposed in Exeter.
Neighborhood Beer Company LLC wants to build it at 156 Epping Rd. The group is scheduled to present the plan to the Zoning Board of Adjustment Dec. 17.
Here's the agenda item for that meeting:
"The application of Neighborhood Beer Company LLC for a special exception per Article 4, Section 4.2 Schedule I: Permitted Uses and Article 5, Section 5.2 to permit a light industry use for the purpose of manufacturing beer to occupy a portion of the existing building at 156 Epping Road. The subject property is located in the C-3, Epping Road Highway Commercial zoning district. Tax Map Parcel #47-1.1. Case #1467."
