Seacoast GOP Women Hosting Congressional Forum
Frank Guinta and Rick Parent are among the expected speakers during the local Republican group's upcoming event.
Seacoast Republican Women is inviting the public to attend a free congressional candidates' forum next week to learn more about the names on the ballot and the issues behind them.
The forum is at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 7, at the Elks Lodge at 500 Jones Ave. in Portsmouth. There is no entrance fee, although Seacoast Republican Women said space is limited.
U.S. Rep. Frank Guinta (R—District 1) and Republican District 1 candidate Rick Parent will speak, as will Dennis Lamare, a Republican District 2 candidate.

There will be a cash bar at the forum.
