The 23nd annual American Independence Festival is Saturday.
The event will be held in downtown Exeter all day. There will be a battle reenactment, a portrayal of George Washington, a beer tent, live music, and a fireworks display at night.
Admission for the festival is $7. Children under 10 years of age and museum members get in free.
