Embattled County Attorney Accused of Sexual Harassment

Reams was suspended last month.

Rockingham County Attorney Jim Reams, who was suspended last month, sexually harassed female employees, according to prosecutors. 

Reams, the subject of an ongoing investigation by federal and state authorities, denied those accusations, according to the Union Leader.

After his suspension, State Rep. Laura Pantelakos (D-Portsmouth) told Patch female employees in Reams' office faced a "hostile work environment." Pantelakos said the women were not sexually harassed.
