The owners of the Green Bean in downtown Exeter are planning a new restaurant next door.
The new restaurant will go in at the site of the former Trends Gift Gallery shop at 37 Water St. Trends moved to a spot closer to the downtown bandstand.

The restaurant is also adding about 30 seats to its current location at 33 Water St.
